You need to be an excellent coach first and then the other mods and admins will notice your good attitude and they make a suggestion to the moderator group that you join them. It’s a group decision made by mods and admins. The decision cannot be made by a single mod or admin. It takes time and patience is needed. Do not pester mods or admins to be ranked up as that will just make it take longer. A good way to show us you are very active on the server is by submitting tickets for problems or issues. We then have a record of your good work.
