It’s important that you maintain a positive attitude as a coach. You are now a staff member on the server and people are watching you and looking up to you for help. There is a saying I love that works very well “Fake it till you make it”. Even if you are feeling down or are unhappy then just act as if you are happy and pretty soon you will be. When we smile (even if it’s fake!) it releases feel good chemicals in our brains. So act positive and it will happen!
