How do I move from trial to full Mod?

A trial is your chance to show that you can be trusted with the responsibility of a moderator and to prove that you will do the right thing with your new powers and not abuse them for personal gain. It can take a few weeks or a few months. It just depends on how the rest of the mods and admins feel about your abilities, your trustworthiness and your integrity.
