nether and over-world and keep inventory
if you die in the over-world of economy you keep your items but in the nether of economy if you die you dont keep your items.

For some reason now if you die in the overworld you lose stuff as well. Keep inv seems to have been turned of over-all. I died in lava and lost stuff so that is how I know.
