Moreover, a record your child’s username and content may remain displayed in archived videos posted to our YouTube account. As set forth in our Terms of Service, our current policy is to not grant refunds in the event you choose to deactivate your child’s account / prohibit your child’s access to MindBuzz / remove your child from MindBuzz.

Unauthorised individuals may find ways to obtain personal information from or to access MindBuzz. Registration information

Log data is certain information that is automatically collected by our systems when you visit MindBuzz or use the MindBuzz Minecraft server, including the URLs you request, your IP address, and information about the device, browser, and operating system you use when accessing our site. This information will be deleted from our servers after 60 days.

From time to time and especially after a MindBuzz Camp, we may ask you to respond to questionnaires. We will ask you questions intended to help make MindBuzz better and improve you and your child’s user experience.
